No. Melaleuca is a consumer‑direct company with a referral program, not a multi‑level marketing (MLM) firm. When you join Melaleuca, you order straight from us. No one buys inventory to resell or “stock-ups” to hit quotas. Referral commissions are available, but customers aren’t required to participate in the referral program. The vast majority of members simply shop for themselves because they love the products. In short, we have customers—not distributors—so the traditional MLM structure doesn’t apply.
